The necessary data for each transaction include your name, a fixed or mobile phone, address (street, city, postal code), shipping address of the order and document type (receipt, invoice). If we issue an invoice, we will need the company name, VAT number and address of its seat.

Online purchasing

In our online store you will find a great variety of products for your house, office and garden which we divide into categories and subcategories that appear in the left column of your screen. Still, if you are looking for something specific, use the "smart" search, which takes you straight to your selection. After entering your order you will receive an automated e-mail which will indicate the details of your order. Later on, your order will be processed by the e-Commerce Manager of our company and you will receive a second ‘confirmation’ e-mail with the products that will be sent to you. In case of an outstanding order you will receive a corresponding e-mail. Alternatively we will contact you by phone on the number which you provided upon registration.

Refunds policy

You receive the right to change / return the product within 14 days after purchase. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return in the same original condition as received, but that they be unsealed or has violated the packaging and must necessarily be accompanied by a delivery note. The right to change / refund of the full product purchased and can not be exercised on only part of the product (eg accessories for the product).

Before you complete the order, during the electronic order process, you can click 'Back' and remove the quantities of products in your cart by clicking ‘Remove’. If you have completed the online order but we have not yet shipped the product you can call us on 2310 461429 and ask to connect to the e-Commerce Manager who will take care of the cancellation of your order. If you request a cancellation after shipping, please contact the e-Commerce Manager at the above phone number.

Online payment

Our online store accepts all credit and debit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Citibank. All transactions in our store are protected by maximum online security systems which guarantee a secure exchange environment. For purchases made with your credit or debit card please follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill in the card number and card holder name, the expiration date as well as the 3 digit number (CVV) on the back of your credit card.

You can also place a payment through PayPal.

Order delay and Stock availability

Among the plethora of products that we expose in our e-shop there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and unexpectedly announces that they are repealed. In this case one of our staff will contact you to give you all the alternatives.

In periods of extreme weather or strikes the transportation and delivery of your order might be affected.

In case we find difficulties to contact you on the phone or through e-mail because the data you entered is not properly updated the shipment of your order will be delayed.
